What exactly am I paying for?
The player app and the cloud panel service — activation, playlist sync, and remote management for your TV. SmartPanel IPTV does not sell or include any channels, streams, or content. You bring your own playlists.
Is a license really per TV?
Yes. A license activates one TV, identified by its pair code. If you have two TVs, you need two licenses. Moving a license to a new TV is handled by support.
How do I buy today, before checkout launches?
Email support@smartpaneliptv.net with your pair code. You'll receive a license code to enter in the web panel — activation takes under a minute.
What happens when a yearly license expires?
The app keeps working in trial-limited mode and your playlists stay saved in the panel. Renew to unlock again — nothing is deleted.
Refunds?
If activation fails on a supported TV and support can't fix it, you get your money back. That's the whole policy.
